Episode 10: “Amalfi” continues our dinner series inspired by seasonality, atmosphere, and a sense of memory + place.
For June, we're headed to the South of Italy, to the sun-drenched coastline of Campania, where lemons overflow, fishing boats return to harbor with the day's catch, and a plate of Spaghetti alle Vongole is reason enough to linger another hour or forever.
Inspired by the Amalfi Coast, Naples, Salerno, this month's menu celebrates simple ingredients, seaside flavors, and the kind of meals that become insatiable memories; Salty air, cold wine, late sunsets, and dinner with a view.
